Jinwei Jidian participated in the official release of two Beidou national standards

  Recently, two Beidou national standards, co edited by Changsha Jinwei Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinwei Jidian"), were officially released and implemented by the State Administration for Market Regulation (State Administration for Standardization). The release of these two standards provides a basis for the standardized production of BeiDou short message products and also guarantees the promotion of BeiDou's large-scale application.

  This standard specifies the classification and composition, functional requirements, performance requirements, and testing methods of Global Satellite Navigation System (GNSS) position reporting/short message terminals.

  《Technical specifications for global maritime distress and safety system services based on Beidou regional short message communication Part 2: Ship Earth Station》

  This standard is the first national standard used by the Beidou system in the field of Global Maritime Distress and Safety Systems (GMDSS). The GMDSS service system architecture, service functions, technical requirements, and maritime distress alarm, enhanced group call (EGC) services based on Beidou regional short message communication have been stipulated, and relevant technical specifications for the development, production, inspection, testing, and use of Beidou GMDSS ship earth stations have been specified.
