On August 23, 2023, Changsha Jinwei and Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement at Changsha Jinwei Information Technology Co., Ltd., officially launching extensive and in-depth cooperation between the two sides in related fields such as Beidou satellite navigation, communication, smart transportation, and geological disaster monitoring.

Before the official signing, Jiang Yunxiang, Chief Engineer of Changsha Jinwei, gave a detailed introduction to the company's overall situation and scientific research projects to Professor Ji and his delegation, and visited various research and development achievements such as modules and boards developed by Changsha Jinwei based on the "Dolphin" series of chips.
Subsequently, both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges and talks on the content of strategic cooperation, and reached a consensus agreement. In the future, both schools and enterprises will closely focus on the national science and technology strategy and the development of the BeiDou navigation field. Through collaborative innovation between industry, academia, research and application, they will actively expand the channels for research achievement transformation and product application promotion.
